Good customer service

A friendly voice with a helpful disposition is always good in anybusiness.  When customers are moving homes, it can be the most stressfultime for them.  Staff need to show empathy and their willingness to helpwhich assists the client in feeling at ease when moving their beloved belongingsinto a storage facility.  Ensuring the customers belongings or stock willbe “safe and secure” is a huge factor, so showing them through the facility andpointing out important items such as the CCTV cameras can put them at ease.
Going through their contract with them at a pace that is suitable tothem, so that they understand what they are signing and also asking them ifthey have any questions that require answering, provides them with confidenceand assurance that their belongings will be looked after.  Also explainingand offering them insurance for added protection shows that our staff care thatthey are adequately covered for the unforeseeable.
Every customer’s circumstance is different and varied.  Thereforestaff must adapt to the clients individual needs and requirements.
