utc_terms_description:<h2>SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT POINTS</h2><ul>
<li>All payments are to be made in advance by you (the Storer)</li> <li>Goods are stored at your risk. We recommend that you take out insurance cover.</li>
<li>The Facility Owner (the “FO”) is excluded from liability for the loss of any goods stored on its premises, except for laws which cannot be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.</li>
<li>You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.</li>
<li>Unless specifically itemized and covered by insurance you must also not store goods that are irreplaceable such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value or items worth more than $2000 AUD in total. While the FO takes reasonable care to provide a secure Space, we cannot guard against all risks and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and therefore, we recommend that you take out insurance in relation to items you intend to store in the Space or store valuable goods in places specifically designed for this purpose (i.e. a safety deposit box).</li>
<li>The Space will only be accessible during set access hour as posted by the FO.</li>
<li>14 days’ notice must be given for termination of this agreement.</li>
<li>The Storer must notify the FO of all changes to their or the ACP’s address, email, telephone numbers or other contact details</li>
<li>If you fail to comply with material terms in this agreement the FO will have certain rights which include forfeiture of any Deposit and the right to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods (see clause 6)</li>
<li>The FO may have the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly (see clause 11)</li>
<li>The FO has the right to enter the Space in certain circumstances (see clauses 6, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21 & 23)</li>
<li>The FO may use a microprobe or CCTV to view inside the Space and rely on footage to enforce the contract, and/or may release footage to authorities (see clause 21A) in certain circumstances, including where the FO reasonably suspects breach of the law or damage to premises.</li>
<li>The FO may discuss your account, any default and your details with the ACP. Upon termination, default, or death the FO may elect to release items to the ACP (see clause 10(i).</li>

Last week I found myself in a bit of a jam. Having to look for last minute storage solutions I hadn't anticipated nedding storage and after getting the runaround by other providers, I contacted Jenny who went above and beyond what was her responsibility and not only looked after me but put me in touch with a moving company that was anle to pick up my stuff and take it too Storage King Bulleen.
So I highly recommend these guy's

Prices are through the roof ! Shop around. They want $495 for a 5m x 3m storage unit.. uneven surface.. smells of rodents and an irregular shape very low ceiling can touch it if you reach your hands up ! How they get away with this is atrocious . The best thing is when you ask for a discount they say “this unit is already HEAViLY reduced “ .. then you tell them you will go elsewhere they reduce it a little more.. went to another storage king down the road bigger unit for for almost half the price I can fit a car in there same as a single garage.. it’s like comparing chalk and cheese.. .. if you go there take a tape measure and measure it yourself don’t go by what they say !!! Keep away from storage king Bulleen !! oh and their sale tactics are so transparent .. you better give us an answer by the end of the day because we have people waiting for that unit and it will go to someone else lol off you go if someone is stupid to pay for a rat infested unit let them go for it ...Absolute rip off for what you get !

Bulleen storage king have been storing my mothers furniture between homes. It can be a very stressful period but the kind people working at Storage King made it a breeze. I can recommend them as a very friendly and reliable company. They are so helpful, courteous and offer outstanding advice and recommended a fantastic removalist company when it came to moving my mothers furniture into her new apartment. My mum felt her furniture and boxes of stuff were very secure and she could visit her stuff as often as she wanted. We bought bubble wrap, butcher paper and storage boxes directly from Storage King. Thank you Storage King at Bulleen for looking after my mum so well. It gave all our family peace of mind.
I asked for a quote 3 weeks ago, received a quote and was followed up by someone who works there. I said t was way to pricey. 3 weeks later and I've been called way too many times, get it together, stop being so pushy. Ridiculous. Get the hint.
