The attendant that I met on my first visit was very knowledgeable and helpful and showed me the storage facility. He showed me how to access the facility, the codes to use and how the security features worked. The storage unit is exactly what I expected, and the facility is clean and secure.

Be aware, they charge you if you just notice them with a date IN PERSON TO THE MANAGER.
Remi at Homebush is very forgetful and charges extra money to customers with unreasonable excuse.
We had notified Remi in person 5 weeks before our paid month (which he had said 4th of June) that we will be moving our storage to Belfield.
I called 23rd May to double check the date. The staff told me it is the 3rd of June.
I have double confirmed with her so that I won't be charged another month.
I moved out on the 1st of June. Then I found I was charged another $27.
I asked what this was and Remi replied that he charged as notification was given 23rd of May.
However I had IN PERSON told him we will only stay until 4th of June of what we had paid for. He cannot forget this as we had asked if he would price match Belfield as we prefer to stay in Homebush. He said he can't match or any discount so we told him we will move to Belfield and only stay in Homebush until the date we have paid for.
Remi also made mistakes previously of not remembering his 50% first month deal and charged us the full amount.
I had to go in and sort it out resolving to have the 50% the next month.
For $27 I have no idea why he is acting so unprofessional and charging unreasonably.
Unfair trading. Looks like he fails to remember and forgets to do his job.
Remi you asked me "why for just $27".
For any reason or amount you should not charge and take advantage of your customers.
Keep the $27 Remi, hope you don't do this to other people.

I inquire for storage and was introduced to Raghu - store manager and he clearly explained the entire process. It took me 3 months to sign up due to personal reasons but staff at storageking was always there to help us.
The facility is very clean and secured. The locked entry/exit and 24 hours access to the facility gives peace of mind.

Just wanted to commend Store Manager Raghu for always exceeding our expectations by going out of his way to help us in whatever way possible from preparation stage & storing excess goods thru to our goods getting picked up by customers or courier companies - all happening in a short timeframe under tight time pressure.
