utc_terms_description:<h2>SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT POINTS</h2><ul>
<li>All payments are to be made in advance by you (the Storer)</li> <li>Goods are stored at your risk. We recommend that you take out insurance cover.</li>
<li>The Facility Owner (the “FO”) is excluded from liability for the loss of any goods stored on its premises, except for laws which cannot be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.</li>
<li>You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.</li>
<li>Unless specifically itemized and covered by insurance you must also not store goods that are irreplaceable such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value or items worth more than $2000 AUD in total. While the FO takes reasonable care to provide a secure Space, we cannot guard against all risks and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and therefore, we recommend that you take out insurance in relation to items you intend to store in the Space or store valuable goods in places specifically designed for this purpose (i.e. a safety deposit box).</li>
<li>The Space will only be accessible during set access hour as posted by the FO.</li>
<li>14 days’ notice must be given for termination of this agreement.</li>
<li>The Storer must notify the FO of all changes to their or the ACP’s address, email, telephone numbers or other contact details</li>
<li>If you fail to comply with material terms in this agreement the FO will have certain rights which include forfeiture of any Deposit and the right to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods (see clause 6)</li>
<li>The FO may have the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly (see clause 11)</li>
<li>The FO has the right to enter the Space in certain circumstances (see clauses 6, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21 & 23)</li>
<li>The FO may use a microprobe or CCTV to view inside the Space and rely on footage to enforce the contract, and/or may release footage to authorities (see clause 21A) in certain circumstances, including where the FO reasonably suspects breach of the law or damage to premises.</li>
<li>The FO may discuss your account, any default and your details with the ACP. Upon termination, default, or death the FO may elect to release items to the ACP (see clause 10(i).</li>

We moved from another facility to Storage King and went to their temporary storage area (for caravans) This site was pretty decent though I had things stolen (value $5K) and heard nothing back when I reported it.....so I can only assume they don't really give a rats about their clients. Not even we'll check the CCTV or a call back.
We were promised that we would move to the main facility in about 12 months - that didn't happen. Well our temporary location became unavailable and they moved us to yet another location which is pretty much a dirt yard in the dry and muddy in parts in the wet. There is no security, the fences are falling down - but that's on the list to fix - 3 months on still on the list - and we are paying full price. Pretty disappointed in their attitude to this and they way we've been treated recently.
They put a sign saying "Back in 30 minutes", I'm waiting outside for more than one hour and no sign of anyone, no phone to ring or anyone to contact. Very disappointed.

These guys are the best if you need some off-site storage for your business. I arrange for all of my deliveries to go straight into my unit, and anything large or valuable gets accepted by Storage King into their secure main area. They let me know it's there and I move it into my unit next time I'm out there. It's like having a staffed mini warehouse for a fraction of the cost.
Storage King West Gosford is a first class self-storage facility located minutes from the Gosford CBD. This very modern facility provides 24hr, all-weather access to secure, clean and moisture-free internal and external storage bays.
Facility Manager Ron Gaunt and his team were very helpful in assisting us to determine our storage space requirements as well as providing advice and support throughout the four months our furniture and other effects were in storage.

What can I say. Moving can be stressful, but Ron and Andrew were extremely helpful & Patient. I had them as a back up in case my new property rental Got held up and sure enough, it did, I was in No mans land. I paid a $50 deposit to hold the storage, and it wasn't till the very last day of having to move, I got the okay for the new place. Well worth the peace of mind knowing I had somewhere to put all my house contents safely.

They also sell good Quality packing boxes and Tape and at a price cheaper than Bunnings and quality is better. They have trollies on hand if needed when you arrive with goods
Although I never ended up using them, I noticed the place was Spotless, Clean & Tidy. For me the $50 none refundable deposit coupled with their genuine Service and help was well worth it for that peace of mind.
Very Rare I give a review this Good, and maybe I was fortunate they happened to have a Ground floor Vacancy but the fact these people have got good Customer service made this review easy to Write.
